From Blue Bay Crab now you can make your own crab cakes or appetizer sized crab cakes. Their special mix contains cracker crumbs seasoned with their Chesapeake Bay Seasoning and red bell peppers, carrots, celery, tomatoes and leeks. Simply add fresh crabmeat, an egg and a little mayonnaise and sauté or broil. Easy recipe on back of packet. You can also substitute cooked flaked fish and make fish cakes! Packet makes 2-4 crab cakes depending upon the size or 12 mini crab cakes or puffs. 2 oz.
