Not all of the wonderful products in our shops are available for purchase on our web site. You may inquire about Herend, Vietri, Vera Bradley or anything you have seen, or feel we can help you with by calling us toll free. 800.432.1107

Cancelling your order
We will happily cancel your order if you change your mind, for any reason, before your order has shipped. If you choose to cancel your order after it has shipped, please return the product to us within 60 days for a merchandise refund, excluding the shipping costs.

Sales Tax
Farmbasket is required by law to charge appropriate sales tax for orders shipped to addresses within the state of Virginia.

We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to return it, we accept returns of unused items within 60 days of receipt of the package. The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges.

If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, please let us know and we will resolve the problem in a manner that best suits your needs.

Return policies regarding Special Orders, personalized products, plants and perishables purchased in store vary, and are posted in our shops.

You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. Shipping charges are refunded if there has been an error on our part or a manufacturer defect.

We offer three shipping options within the United States, UPS standard and expedited, and the US Postal Service for PO Boxes and gift cards.

UPS Standard shipping and USPS is typically received within 3-7 business days.
UPS Expedited shipping carries a higher rate and a 1-3 day guarantee arrival.

Order Status/Tracking
Although we do not have the full service UPS package, web capabilities might automatically forward an order confirmation/ship confirmation.

Shipping Chart
Shipping charges are calculated per ship-to address and are based on the total cost of your order, as illustrated in the table.

Gift Cards
We do not charge any shipping costs for gift cards shipping Ground. We only charge shipping costs when we expedite shipping for gift cards.

Shipping Restrictions
Shipping options to Alaska and Hawaii are determined by delivery area. Therefore, orders to these areas must be placed directly with a customer care representative. 800.432.1107

Apples are restricted from shipment to California and Arizona.

We currently do not ship wine.

Shipping Promotional Codes
Shipping promotional offers apply to orders that meet applicable sale amounts in merchandise before normal taxes and shipping, shipping to a single address only. Promotions do not apply to expedited deliveries.
